Community heath nursing practices for the health of people living in their communities
地域で暮らす人々の健康と、これらを支える自治体（市町村）の地域看護の実際を理解する。
To understand the health of people living in the community and the actual community health nursing practices of the local government that support these people.
１．地域看護の対象は、個人、家族、社会集団、地域であることを理解する。
２．対象の健康課題と対象が暮らす環境（物理的、人的、文化的等）との関係について理解する。
３．対象の健康問題に対する地域看護活動の具体的内容と特徴について理解する。
４．地域における看護職（保健師等）の役割について理解する。
1. To understand that the targets of community health nursing activities include individuals, families, social groups, and communities.
2. To understand the relationship between the personal health issues and their living environment (physical, human, cultural, etc.) of target health issues.
3. To understand the specific content and characteristics of community nursing activities for the health problems of the target population.
4. To understand the role of nurses (public health nurses, etc.) in the community.

１．実習展開
１)事前オリエンテーション
実習の目的・目標を理解すると共に、実習に必要な態度等について確認する。
２)事前レポート
実習前に事前レポートを提出する。詳細は実習要項を参照。
３）実習オリエンテーション・事前演習
実習施設のある自治体もしくは地域（実習自治体／地域）の概要を把握すると共に、実習計画をふまえ具体的な実習方法について検討する。
４）実習施設での実習
実習施設の保健福祉事業への参加や、実習自治体／地域にある保健福祉施設等の社会資源の見学を通して、地域看護の対象や地域看護活動の具体を知り、その特徴を理解する。市町村実習の内容と学びは一日毎に実習記録に整理する。
５）実習のまとめ
市町村（行政）の地域看護についてグループ討議を行い、学びを整理する。
６）実習レポートの作成
実習目標について、実習・カンファレンスで学んだことを実習レポートとしてまとめる。

1. Practice
1) Pre-orientation
To understand the object and goal of the practice, and to confirm the attitudes required for the practical training.
2) Pre-report
A pre-practicum report must be submitted prior to the practicum. See the practice guidance for details.
3) Practical orientation and pre-practicum exercises
Students will make an overview of the municipality or community in which the training facility is located (training municipality/region) and consider specific training methods based on the training plan.
4) Practical training at the training facility
By participating in health and welfare programs at the training institution and observing social resources such as health and welfare facilities in the training community/region, students will learn the subject matter of community nursing and community nursing activities and understand their characteristics. Students will organize the content and learning of community practice in a daily practice report.
5) Summary of practical training
Students will organize their learning through group discussions on community nursing in communities.
6) Writing of practicum report
Students will summarize what they have learned in the practical training and conferences regarding the goals of the practical training in a practical training report.

各市町村に実習に行く前に、保健師活動について十分に復習をすると共に、実習先市町村の概要について事前学習を行った上で実習に参加すること。
Review the community health nursing activities thoroughly and learn the outline of municipalities and facilities where you will go before participateing in practice in municipalities.
