授業の目的と概要/Object and summary of class

この授業では、イノベーション・マネジメント理論をテキストをもとに理解することを目的とします。授業は、履修者による報告をベースに学生間で議論を実施していくという形式で進めていきます。

The purpose of this class is to help students understand theories about innovation management from the textbook. It will consist of reports from students and discussions between students.

学習の到達目標/Goal of study

1.イノベーション・マネジメントに関する理論を説明できる。
Students will be able to explain the theory of innovation management.
2.イノベーション・マネジメントの理論を具体的な事例に応用することができる。
Students will be able to apply the innovation management theory to the case.

授業内容・方法と進度予定/Contents and progress schedule of the class

この授業は、履修者によるテキストの報告をベースに実施していきます。加えて、授業の終盤ではイノベーション理論に関連している事例を探索し、報告することで学習内容の定着を図ります。
In this class, students need to report on the textbook's content.
In addition, students must explore and report on case studies relevant to innovation theory at the end of the class.

学生は、テキストの内容について報告をしていきます。報告者は事前に準備をしてきてください。
In this class, students need to report on the textbook's content.The presenters must prepare resumes for the report in advance.

報告者以外の学生は、事前に各回で取り上げるテキストの内容をよみ、A41ページ程度で内容のまとめとコメントを準備し、授業時に提出します。
Students other than the presenter need to read the textbook in advance to discuss it in each session, prepare a summary of its contents and comments(about one page), and submit them at the time of class.

授業は、テキストに関する報告実施後、内容に関してディスカッションをするという形式で実施します。
In classes, students report on the textbook and then discuss the content.

なお、講義の連絡などはgoogle classroomを用います。
This class uses Google Classroom to communicate with the class.
