教育の方法と技術
METHODOLOGY and TECHNICS for EDUCATION
よりよい教育場面を創造するために必要な知識・技術という観点から、学習が効果的に成立するための諸条件の操作を中心にこれまでの知見を紹介する。このことを通じ、指導スタイルの確立や教育場面改善向上の必要性を理解するとともに、それらの方法獲得を目指す。
We will examine findeings about remolding the conditions to make better education. And we will conside about the points of view through classroom works. Through these considering, this course aims to develop constructing your own teaching style and improving your process of education.
「よい授業を創るための方法とその技術」をテーマとし、学習を支援するという立場から、指導計画・指導方法に対する学習者の反応や、指導者・学習者の相互作用のようすなどを交え、教育場面の展開をふまえた学習指導計画を作成することができる。より具体的には以下の点が到達目標となる。
１）特定の教育内容をめぐって教育目標や現実的計画を案出する。
２）指導計画作成時に、学習者の反応や指導者側の応答などを明示的に予想する。
This course is designed to develop your skill of design the class and the process of education as a teacher.
The details of goals are as follows; 1) You will be able to set learning targets and to make your own plan of class for the targets. 2) You will be able to consider about the reaction and the learning outcome of the learner.

This subject is a lecture-centered course. The contents and schedule are as shown below, but will be possible to change them according to your understanding condition or other circumstances.

相互の評価のために、授業内レポートを毎回課すとともに、課題を数回実施する。この結果(60%)と、最終試験結果(40%)を材料として成績評定を行う。これらは授業内にて解説を行うことでフィードバックする。
To evaluate learning process, you will be requested to answer questions at every classes. You are measured by these submitted assignments(60%), and final reports (40%). The test or report will be feedback through explanaiton or discusstion for them in the classes.
大学設置基準で求められている時間の授業時間外学修が原則です（１回の授業につき、４時間です）。
教員、指導者など、学習援助者側の視座に立つことを求める。このため、講義で示したことがらについて、自分なりの例を探したり、「自分だったらこうする」など自分の身に引き寄せて考察する作業をしてほしい。
In principle, you are requested 4 hours homework at one class, according to Standards for establishment of universities (released by Ministry of Education). In this course, you are reqested to stand point of view as a teacher. So it is important for you to consider what to do as a teacher about contents in this course.
