【国際共修】多様なバックグラウンドを持つ他者とともに学ぶ協働プロジェクト （日本語）/Cooperative Project with Students from Different Backgrounds (Japanese)
本コースの目的は、東日本大震災（災害）に関わる知識と理解を深めること、またプロジェクトを通じて、コミュニケーション能力の育成、積極性や国際感覚を身に付けることにある。本コースでは、知識の習得だけではなく、多様なバックグラウンドを持つ学生が他者とともに協働でプロジェクトに取り組み、他者と対話しながら、1つの目標に向かって共にプロジェクトに取り組むために、どのようなスキルが必要であるのかについて考え、体験しながら学ぶことを重視している。教室の使用言語は、基本的に日本語とするが、英語の使用も認め、グループのメンバーが協力しながら、互いに言語の壁を乗り越えていけるよう工夫する。
The aim of this course is firstly, to discuss the issues related to the Great East Japan Earthquake and natural disaster, and through it, to raise communication skills, actively participate in the class, and gain international awareness. You will learn about the facts and knowledge but also the skills to analyze the problems and find the solutions through experiencing a collaborative project with students from different backgrounds under the same goal. We will communicate in Japanese, but you are allowed to use English if necessary, in order to overcome the language barrier.
１．東日本大震災の被害と課題について考える中で、私たちができることについて意見交換し、他者と共に１つのプレゼンテーションにまとめる力を身に付ける。
２．専門・学年・言語・文化背景の異なる学生と協働作業を行う中で、異文化間コミュニケーション能力を高め、異文化への理解を深める。
３．多様なバックグラウンドを持つ他者と共に、多角的な視点で議論する中で、自らの価値観や考え方の問い直しをするとともに、どのようにすれば他者と協力できるかについて体験を通して学び、課題を解決する力を身に付ける。
The goals of this course are as follows:
1. to learn and think about the facts of the Great East Japan Earthquake and analyze the issues by making a presentation through cooperating with group members from various backgrounds.
2. to enhance your intercultural communication skills and deepen your intercultural understating.
3. to gain the skills needed to analyze exhibitions from various perspectives, and express ideas in your own words.
本授業では、他者と共に課題解決型プロジェクトに取り組むものです。1つのテーマとして、東日本大震災（震災）を取り上げ、自身やグループで課題だと思う点を共有し、グループで調べ学習を行ってプロジェクトを進める。定期的にクラス全体で進捗状況を報告する機会を持ち、クラスメートや教員からフィードバックを得ながら、メンバーと共にプロジェクトを成功に導くための方策を検討する。
In this course, we are going to learn and think about the Great East Japan Earthquake and natural disaster, and develop the findings on a project. You will work individually and in groups, and share the outcome in the class through a presentation. You will receive feedback from classmates and the instructor, and make the presentation with your group members in order to successfully complete the project.
全15回の授業は以下のように進める予定であるが、参加者数や参加者の希望等により、変更の可能性あり。
１回目の授業：コースの説明、自己紹介、コース受講理由
２回目：2011年3月11日を振り返り、発表。
3回目の授業：地震、津波、原発事故に関する知識を学ぶ。
4回目の授業：個人発表
５回目の授業：荒浜小学校訪問（予定、変更の可能性あり）
６回目～８回目の授業：東日本大震災に関するプロジェクト学習
９回目の授業：クラス内でのグループ発表
10回目～13回目の授業：フィールドワーク、またはゲスト講演（予定）
14回目～15回目の授業：最終発表、振り返り
プロジェクトへの貢献度・出席（４0％）、発表（３0％） 、レポート（30％）
Contribution to the project and attendance (40%), presentation (30%), report (30%)
授業中にプロジェクトに取り組む時間を設けるが、時間外にグループのメンバーと話し合ったり、調べたりする必要がある。
You will have time to prepare for presentation during the classes, but in order to deepen its content, you may need to discuss with your classmates outside the class time.

You do not need to bring a computer at the first class. The detail will be explained in the classes.
本クラスは原則対面で実施します。定員は30名です。日常会話程度の日本語能力が必要です。
Classes will be held face to face and field trips, and the maximum number of students in this course will be 30.
You need basic level of Japanese in order to work with students in Japanese.
