教職論／Introduction to Teaching Profession
本授業では、小・中・高校及び特別支援学校の第一線で活躍中の先生方による豊富な現場経験に基づいた講義を通じて、学校経営や学級経営、学習指導や生徒指導、保護者や地域住民との連携など、学校現場の様々な場面における教員の実際の姿を学び、教職の意義についての理解を深めてゆく。／
This course aims to assist students in enhancing their comprehension of the teaching profession.
Please note that this course will be taught in Japanese.
本授業は以下の３点を達成目標とする。
目標１：現代社会における教職の意義について理解する。
目標２：教員として学校教育における役割を果たしていく上で必要な資質や能力について理解する。
目標３：教員を取り巻く今日の学校現場の諸事象、諸問題について理解する。／
This course has three main objectives:
1. To understand the significance of the teaching profession in modern society.
2. To understand the skills and abilities necessary to fulfil the tasks of a teacher in school education.
3. To understand various events and problems in today's school surrounding teachers.

・教育問題に関心のある学生については、教職課程履修者以外であっても受講を歓迎する。／
