【国際共修】演劇的手法による豊かな人間関係構築のためのワークショップ
Workshop for fostering interpersonal relationships through theatrical methods
国際関係においては多種多様な背景を持つ人との分け隔てのないコミュニケーションが重要です。コロナ禍に見舞われる現代は、様々な課題が浮き彫りとなってきましたが、中でも孤立孤独の課題やコミュニティの分断は深刻です。演劇的手法には、言葉や文化の壁を越えて人々と人間関係を構築するためのノウハウが蓄積されていますが、大学教育の中で、このような分野横断的なスキルを身に着ける機会がほとんどありません。この科目では個々の人々が持つ多様性を理解するために、性格特性や人間科学に関する所見を取り入れながら実践的な課題に取り組みます。具体的には、対面で演劇的手法を取り入れたグループワークを実践しながら、豊かな人間関係を構築し、人々と共生していくための課題に取り組んでいきたいと思います。(※基礎ゼミで履修した学生にも初めて受講する学生にも対応できるように、内容は工夫されています）
In international relations, it is important to communicate with people of multicultural backgrounds in a non-discriminatory manner. In the Corona disaster, various issues have been highlighted in the current culture, such as the challenges of isolation and loneliness, and the fragmentation of communities. Theatrical methods have accumulated expertise in building human relationships with people across language and cultural barriers. However, there are few opportunities to acquire such cross-disciplinary skills in university education. In this course, students will work on practical issues while incorporating findings on personality traits and human science to understand the diversity of people. Specifically, I would like to work with students on issues of building rich relationships and living in harmony with people, while practicing group work that incorporates theatrical techniques, in face-to-face settings.

2. 言語的、非言語的コミュニケーションにおいて、自分が他者にはどう受け取られるかを理解しながらコミュニケーションすることができる。
3. グループで活動することを通して、チームとしてストーリーを観客に伝える技能（ナラティブ能力）を身につけることができる。
4. 個々人の多様性を理解しつつ柔軟にチーム構築、互いの強みを活かして共創的に問題解決する能力を身に付けることができる。

In the intensive workshop, instructors from a School of Playback Theater and/or Play Art Sendai are scheduled to participate as an outside lecturer.
This may change depending on the status of the new corona.
毎回の授業レポートや発表（30％）、出席（20％）, そして最後に提出する課題レポート３0% 集中講義20％で総合的に評価します
Overall evaluation will be based on class reports and presentations (30%), attendance (20%), assignment reports to be submitted at the end (30%), and intensive lectures (20%).
教科書として指定した図書を読み、基本的な脳の働きや即興再現劇プレイバックシアターやコミュニケーションに関連した理解を十分に深めておくこと。授業では、毎回何かをグループ活動として行うので、それらには積極的に参加することが望まれます。集中授業に参加後、各自その経験や学びや成果について考察し、最後にレポートとしてまとめてもらいます
Students are expected to read the books designated as textbooks to deepen their understanding of basic brain functions and improvisational reenactments related to playback theater and communication. Each class will include some kind of group activity, so students are expected to participate actively. After participating in the intensive class, students will be asked to reflect on their experiences, learnings and achievements, and write a final report.
対面ではPCは用いないが、遠隔の場合は個別のwifi環境PCが不可欠となる。遠隔でもグループ活動があるため、動画、音声をONにして、参加しても周囲に迷惑にならない環境が必要。
No PC is used for face-to-face sessions, but for remote sessions, an individual wifi-enabled PC is essential. Since there are group activities even remotely, it is necessary to have an environment where you can participate with video and audio turned on without disturbing others.
