【国際共修】歌に学ぶ日本の言葉と心（日本語）/Japanese Language and Culture in Songs -International Co-learning Seminar- (Japanese)
日本人学生と外国人留学生が、日本の歌を題材に、共に日本語や日本文化について考えたり学んだ歌を共に歌ったり感想を話し合ったり意見交換を行なったりすることを通じて、多様な価値観や世界観があることを知るとともに、日本文化の特色や他の文化との共通性を学ぶ。[使用言語：日本語]
/Using Japanese songs as source materials, international and Japanese students will think about the Japanese language and culture, exchange their impressions and opinions, write essays, sing songs together, and make group presentations of the songs they choose. Students will study the characteristics of Japanese culture and points of commonality with the international students' home countries/regions while learning about diversity in values and world-views. [Japanese is used in class]
・異なる文化背景を持つ同年代の人を相手に、自分の解釈・意見・感想を伝え、また相手の解釈・意見・感想を知るのにはどうすれば良いかを考え、それができるようになる。
・日本語・日本文化を多様な視点から捉えられるようになる。
・異なる言語・文化圏を背景とする者同士が、背後にある価値観・世界観の違いや共通性を認識し互いに配慮しつつ交流できるようになる。

ともに日本語の歌を聞きその歌詞を解釈鑑賞し、留学生の持つ質問や解釈や感想、それへの説明・話し合いを通して、歌詞の背後にある文化や心情について検討する。ともに歌いそれを再認識・実体験する。また、歌を紹介発表することによってその解釈や魅力を考え伝える。歌は季節感のあるものを中心に唱歌・流行歌・J-POPなどを取り上げる。 最終日には全員で歌う修了発表会を予定している。[以下は対面の授業を想定。対面の授業が困難な場合は変更の可能性あり。]

/Students will listen to and interpret Japanese songs together, explain/discuss the questions and interpretations by international students, and think about the culture and mentality underlying the songs. Students will write essays on them, sing songs together to reconsider/experience them, and introduce songs of their choice to others, providing background information and discussing what they like about them, etc. Songs will be drawn from both classic and currently popular songs, including songs of seasons, children’s songs, and J-POPs.
[Contents above have been formulated on the assumption that classes for this semester will be conducted in person. This, however, is subject to change in the event that there is difficulty in having in-person classes.]
平常点および中間・期末レポートにより評価する。
平常点（60%）：出席・クラス活動への参加・課題提出等（40%）、発表（20%）
課題作文レポートの成績（40%）：中間作文（20%）、期末作文（20%）

授業後にその日に学んだ歌についての感想・気づいたことを提出する。
授業開始までに前週の歌についての皆のコメントを読んで、感想・気づいたことをまとめておく。
グループで自分達で紹介発表する歌について調べ、発表資料等を準備する。
中間と期末の課題レポートを書く。

授業実施形態
この授業は、初回のみオンラインで行い、２回目以降は完全対面の授業を行う。初回のオンラインは、クラスのGoogle Classroom上にあるリンクからZoomに参加する。（コロナ感染状況等により再び完全オンラインに移行する可能性あり。）
/This class can be taken online only for the first class, after which all the classes are held in-person in the classroom, as long as circumstances permit. (There is a possibility of moving to full online again due to the corona infection situation.)
歌うことが好きな学生が望ましい。
/this class is suitable for those students who like singing.
外国人留学生等を対象とする日本語教育プログラムのクラスと合同で行う。使用言語は日本語。ゼミ形式で行うため、留学生および日本人学生の数を制限することがある。初回授業までにアンケートに記入し、受講希望者が多い場合は、そのアンケートへの回答にもとづき受講者を選定する予定。留学生は東北大学実施の日本語レベル判定テストでレベル5以上が条件。（留学生の人数によってレベル４の学生も受け入れる場合がある。要相談。）

For international students, Tohoku University Japanese level 5 or above is required to be eligible for this class (Level 4 students might want to consult the instructor because the class might accept them depending on the total number of international students).
