Food Economics
Food and agricultural issues and policies in Japan and in the world
This course will cover food and agriculture issues and a variety of its policy design. After lectures on agriculture and food production in Japan and the discussion related to policy issues, we will share current situations and problems of production and consumption in food and agricuclture sector over the countries of participants.

Students will come to understand current situations and issues on agriculture and food sector in different countries through comparative perspective.
