授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

生命科学で応用される動物における栄養、代謝、生理、免疫、生殖、行動などの生命活動に関する研究が日々進展している。本講義ではこれらに関する最新研究をミクロ・マクロ的な視点で理解し、また、口頭で発表することで最新科学を説明できる手法を養うことを目的とする。
This class provide an overview of advanced research in nutrition, metabolism, physiology, immunology, repdroduction, behavior in animals and humans. Students explain the researches by oral presentation.

学習の到達目標/Goal of Study

栄養、代謝、生理、免疫、生殖、行動に関する最新の研究報告を読み、その内容に応じて個体・組織・細胞・遺伝子レベルの視点で動物の生命活動を理解する。
The purpose of this class is to help students understand recent researches on ｎutrition, metabolism, physiology, immunology, repdroduction, behavior.

1.ガイダンス、研究課題の英文紹介
　Guidance and summaries of recent researches

成績評価方法/Record and Evaluation Method

平常の取組み姿勢とプレゼンテーション内容、および口頭試問により評価する。但しレポート提出を求めることもあり、その内容も考慮する。
Students are evaluated by class participations, presentation's score and oral examination.

教科書および参考書/Textbook and References

教材：Nature、Cell、Scienceなどいわゆるハイジャーナルに掲載されている原著論文。
Recent papers in scientific journals that have high impact factors, such as Nature, Cell, or Science.
