［目的］生命化学領域の研究に必要な実験について、基本的な原理と技術を習得する。また、卒業論文実験に取り組むための応用力を養う。
［概要］・実験は全学生が個別に行う。
・栄養化学実験（動物実験・酵素実験）、微生物実験、有機化学実験(I, II)のテーマについて各実験を順に行う。
Students learn principles and techniques of Biological Chemistry Experiments, and also learn how to apply these principles and techniques to the experiments for thesis next year.
Students perform the experiments individually.
Students perform nutrition chemistry experiments (animal experiments, enzymatic experiments), microbiology experiments, organic chemistry experiments (I, II) in this order.
