授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

農学に必要な実験を行うための基礎的な手法を習得することにより，自ら実験を遂行する能力を養う．
The purpose of this course is to help students acquire experimental techniques for plant science so that they can improve the ability to accomplish the experiments by themselves.

1.組織培養（山本）：タバコを材料に植物の組織培養および遺伝子導入法を学ぶ．
Tissue culture (Yamamoto): Study of the tissue culture method by using tobacco leaves.

出席，実験・演習の取り組み状況，レポートから総合的に評価する．
Class participation, attendance and submitted reports are evaluated.
