Epidemiological study related to lifestyle and health

授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

多くの疾患は栄養をはじめとした生活習慣と関連がある。本講義の目的は、健康に関する疫学研究の方法と概要を理解し、生活習慣と健康との関連を適切に評価できるようになることである。はじめに疫学の基本事項と研究方法を解説する。つぎに各種健康指標を概説し、疾病予防と健康管理、個々の疾病（主にがんと循環器疾患）についての疫学を概説する。

Many diseases are related to lifestyle, including nutrition.
The purpose of this course is to understand the basic matters of epidemiological study related health, and to evaluate the relationship between lifestyle and health.
First, explains the basic matters and methods of epidemiology .
Next, introduce many health index and epidemiology studies for disease prevention, health management, and individual diseases (cancer, cardiovascular disease).
