畜産経営の発展過程と畜産経営を取り巻く外部環境の変化との関係性を理解する。

Understanding the development of livestock farm.

授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

社会・経済の発展に伴うわが国畜産業の展開過程とフ−ド・チェ−ン構造の特性を畜産政策と関連させながら解説すると共に、環境問題（家畜ふん尿処理etc）や食の安全性問題（BSE問題etc）への対応方策および今後のわが国畜産業のあり方について経営経済学的視点から講議する。

The course explains the development of Japanese livestock farm according to Japanese social and economic development, and also it's perspective in the viewpoint of economics and business administration.
