畜産業および畜産関連業に関する講義を受け、また、いくつかの現場を実際に見学する予定である。
In the class, students learn Japanese animal production system and livestock industries.

授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

畜産業に関する講義を受け、その知識を深める。畜産現場や関連工場、処理場、動物飼育施設を見学し、家畜育成・食肉生産、乳肉卵加工､畜産環境、防疫などについて動物コース教員と討論を行い、その理解を深める。
The class lectures animal production system and livestock industries, and students visit farms and institutes for animal husbandary such as public abattoir, feces treatment plant, egg and milk processing factory and feed mill, in Miyagi. Students and professors argue animal production issues together.
