授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

経営学の基礎理論を、組織論・戦略論から整理し、企業が直面する課題について解説します。また、卒業後の進路の参考になるよう個々人の強みについても考えていきます。

This class shows the basic theories of business administration from organizational and strategic theories and explains the issues that companies face. Additionally, we will find each individual's strengths to help your career path after graduation.
