健康維持・疾病治療を目的とする医薬品の品質は、それぞれ厳格に管理される。このため、医薬品の純度・含有量の評価には、信頼度の高い測定法が必須である。今日、種々の手法がこの目的に用いられるが、本講では、日本薬局方の中で医薬品の定量に用いられているものを中心に学び、定量的概念を習得する。
Medicinal drugs are used to cure, treat, or prevent diseases. The qualities should be assured to avoid adverse reactions and are strictly controlled by low. Therefore, reliable analytical methods are required to monitor the impurities, contents of the ingredients, etc. This course covers quantitative drug analyses in Japanese Pharmacopoeia, 17th Ed (JP17) and aims to help students understand the concept of quantitative analysis.
各種化学平衡の基礎知識を身につけ、説明できる。溶液のpHを計算でき、緩衝作用を説明できる。重量分析法、容量分析法による物質の定量に必要な基礎知識を修得する。
