水環境学の分野において最先端の研究を行うための能力を身につけることを目的とする．研究に関連する最新の国内外の文献を紹介し，討論を行う．関連する分野の研究レビューの能力を修得するとともに，新たな課題を洞察する能力を養う．また，レビューを的確にわかりやすく表現するプレゼンテーション能力，論理性ある質疑応答を行うディスカッション能力の修得を目指す．

The course objective is applying fundamental knowledge to the study of advanced topics in the field of Hydraulics and Environmental Engineering. Some international and domestic papers concerning doctoral study in the fields of environmental hydraulics and water quality engineering are introduced and discussed to improve the student's presentation skills, scientific perception, and logic.
