授業の目的・概要及び達成方法等

社会における水環境デザイン分野の課題を見出し，それを解決するための方策を企画して実際に研究を実施し，創造性ある成果をまとめ，発表・討議できる能力を身につける．指導教員が提示した研究テーマ等から各自が研究対象を選び，それに対して自らが調査・企画を立てた実験・計測・計算を実施して，問題解決のための何らかの知見を明らかにし，卒業論文としてまとめて提出し，その発表を行う．工学の標準的な研究プロセスを実体験することにより，現象のモデル化や問題解決手法を身に付け，具体的な問題解決能力と評価・発表能力を身につける．

Purpose: The objective of this course is to gain the ability of the modeling of a phenomenon, the ability to solve the problem and the ability of evaluation and presentation.
Summary: Students are required to conduct graduation research, to submit the graduation thesis and to make a presentation. To this end, students have to make a plan of an experiment, measuring and/or analysis for solving the problem given by the academic advisor.
