目的:近年、建築物の環境性能に対する社会の関心は高く、国際的な環境評価(ラベリング)システムも開発されている。東京都など建築物の環境性能表示を義務付ける自治体も現れ、設計者自ら計画段階でプロジェクトの環境負荷を評価することが求められるようになりつつある。本講義では、建築物の環境デザイン、環境性能評価を行うための基礎的事項を解説するとともに、国内外の先端的な設計事例を紹介する。
概要:建築物の環境・設備計画の一般的な流れ、環境評価手法の概要について説明した後に、環境に配慮した設計事例を紹介する。さらに、演習として3年の時の設計課題を対象とする環境評価を行い、様々な環境配慮手法の理解を促す。
達成目標等:建築物の環境・設備計画及び環境評価手法について理解するとともに、環境負荷削減、環境性能向上を目的とする様々な環境デザイン手法の特徴と限界、効果的な使用方法を理解する。
オンラインの場合はGoogle MeetもしくはMicrosoft Teamsを使用。実施方法、接続先URLはGoogle Classroomで通知。
