目的：建築物はその用途、規模等に関し、建築法規及び都市計画法・消防法などによる規定を受けている。また、建築士法等の資格に関する法規によっても規定されている。これらの法規の目的・内容について理解する。
概要：建築基準法、建築士法、都市計画法等の建築を取り巻く法規についてその考え方・体系・概要を解説する。
達成目標等：建築法規の意味・内容を理解したうえで、建築設計を行える能力を身につける。

The course is intended to provide the information about the law related to architecture. The theories and fundamental thought of Building Standards Act, Urban Planning Act and other laws will be explained.

予習：シラバスの項目について参考書の対応箇所を読み，理解できる部分と理解できない部分を明確にしておく．
復習：参考書を読み直したり，講義ノートを整理したりすることで，講義の内容をよく理解する．レポート課題がある場合はそれに取り組む．

Preparation: Students should read a related part of the textbook before the lecture and clarify the points which you do not understand well.
Review: You should read the textbook again and the reorganize your lecture notes to fully understand what you have learned. Do homework when it is assigned
