1.目的
無機物質を中心とした固体に関し、化学結合論、結晶構造、電子構造等の知識に基づいて、電気的、磁気的、光学的性質など、物性との相関を理解する。
2.概要
機能性無機固体に関し、形態に応じた様々な合成法を学ぶとともに、結晶構造と諸物性を基礎的かつ体系的に把握する。
3.達成目標等
・無機固体の機能発現の機構が説明できること。
・新しい機能材料の設計の指針が提案できること。

In this course, students will understand the origin of functionality of inorganic solid materials based on the knowledge of chemical bonding, crystal structure, and electronic structure of the materials.
Students will learn about various preparative methods for solid materials and the systematic interpretation of physical properties in the view point of structural aspect.
履修要望科目:「基礎無機化学」の履修が前提である。
固体物性論(固体物理学)に関する参考図書も活用し、講義内容の理解を深める努力をすること。
It is important for students to acquire preliminary knowledge to prepare for class by reading some related references (e.g. materials science and solid state physics).

予習:到達目標や授業内容に応じた準備学習が求められる。履修者が自ら主体的に計画と目標を 立て、自律的に準備学習に取り組むことを期待する。
復習:教科書を読み直したり、講義ノートを整理することにより講義内容の理解を深める。レポート課題が課された場合は、その課題に取り組む。
Preparation: Students are required to prepare for class according to the goal and contents of each class. Students are strongly expected to voluntarily develop a plan and goals and to undertake preparatory learning.
Review: You should read the textbook again and the reorganize your lecture notes to fully understand what you have learned. Do homework when it is assigned.
対面またはオンライン授業で課されるレポート(課題)、定期試験により学修目標への達成度を総合的に評価する。
評価の方法及び基準
定期試験(80%)、演習問題等のレポート(20%)を総合して評価する。

Evaluation is performed comprehensively based on test (80%) and submitted reports (20%).
