1. 目的
電子工学と関連する固体物理学の基礎知識修得を目標とする。
2. 概要
結晶構造、結晶の結合力と種類、格子振動、固体の熱的性質、金属の自由電子論、結晶中の電子の運動、磁性体、等について講義する。また、講義内容の理解を深めるために、適宜演習を行う。
3. 達成目標
この授業では固体物理学の基礎を理解し、説明することができること及び種々の理論を実際の解析に用いられるようになることを目標とする。

1. Objective
This course provides students with basic knowledge about solid state physics related with electronic engineering.
2. Outline
In this course, the lecturer explains about crystal structure, variety of crystal bonding force, lattice vibration, free electron theory of metal, movement of an electron in the crystal. Exercises will be held accordingly to deepen understanding of the lecture.
3. Goal
The purpose of this course is to help students understand and explain solid state physics and use various theories in the practical analysis.

成績評価は定期試験の結果で行う。 また状況に応じて再試験を実施する。
