Electrical and Electronic Circuit II [Class cord: bv6xewx]
(2 Credits/Elective/7th Semester - 2nd Quarter)

Class subject:
This class explains the basics of semiconductor devices and electronic circuits. It also studies the fundamentals of transistor amplifier circuits for alternating current and digital circuits for logic operations.

Object and summary of class:
Students learn pn-junction, pn-junction diode, bipolar transistor, field-effect transistor, and transistor amplifier from the viewpoints of equivalent circuits, logic gates such as inverters, NAND gates, NOR gates, and flipflops in a practical manner.

The goal of the study:
Students are required to master the operation of semiconductor devices, including drive current-voltage equations, several types of equivalent circuits for bipolar transistors and calculation of transistor amplifier parameters, operations of typical logic gates, and flipflops.
