神経ネットワーク講座（脳神経システム分野）
分子・システム神経科学実習
Practice in molecular and systems neuroscience
脳の細胞や組織を観察したり、脳における重要な現象を測定したりすることによって、神経系への理解を深める。
○実習項目
・培養神経細胞からの活動電位の記録
・培養神経細胞のカルシウムイメージング
・マウス脳スライス標本作成と単一ニューロン形態観察
・ラット海馬スライス標本からの集合電位記録（長期増強）
・ラット大脳皮質における単一ニューロン記録
・ヒト誘発筋電図の記録
・ヒト脳波の測定（安静時脳波および誘発電位）
Participants will perform observations and experiments such as:
Electrophysiological recording of action potentials from cultured neurons
Calcium imaging of cultured neurons
Preparation of mouse brain slice and microscopic observation of neurons
Electrophysiological recording of long-term potentiation (LTP) from rat hippocampus slice
Electrophysiological recording of somatosensory and motor neuron activity in vivo
Recording of human evoked electromyogram (EMG) and electroencephalogram (EEG)
脳の細胞や組織を観察したり、脳における重要な現象を測定したりすることによって、脳機能の背景には、神経細胞が形成する神経回路のはたらきがあることを理解する。
to understand the mechanisms of neural circuits behind the function of the brain, by observing the cells/tissues, or by recording the neural activity in the brain
複数の班にわかれ、各班は、１日につき１実習項目に取り組む。
students participate in a rotation schedule: one subject per day, six subjects in total
