Earth Science for Origin of Life
生命の起源解明は自然科学に残された重要な未解決課題である。この問題へのアプローチのためには、初期太陽系と初期地球の環境や、生命の原理、有機物とその反応など複合的な科学背景を理解する必要がある。この授業では、それらの最新の理解について学ぶと共に、生命誕生に向けた化学進化に関する現在の理解や研究について解説する。
The origin of life is a remaining big open question for science. Investigations of the origin of life require multidisciplinary knowledge, including the environments on the early solar system and early Earth, the basic system of life, and organic chemistry. In this course, students learn traditionally and the latest understanding of this knowledge and current approaches to the origin of life.
生命の起源研究に必要な初期太陽系と初期地球の環境、生命の原理、有機物とその反応の基本について理解する。
Understand the basic knowledge for the investigations of the origin of life, including the environments on the early solar system and early Earth, the basic system of life, and organic chemistry
