Seminar of Geoenvironmental Sciences
全員参加のもと，地圏環境科学と関連する諸分野に関して，最近の学術情報の紹介と意見の交換等を目的とする．科学論文の論理展開，表現を体得し，自らの論文の作成に活かす．
With the participation of all faculty members, we aim to introduce recent scientific knowledges and exchange our views on various fields related to geoenvironmental sciences. Also through the seminar presentation, students will learn the logical explanation and scientific expressions that can be utilized for preparing their own thesis.
論文紹介発表を行えるようにする．質疑応答ができる能力を身に付ける．学界の動向を把握し、最新情報に接する機会としてきわめて重要な授業科目である．
The goal is to get the skills to make presentations by oneself, and properly ask and answer questions. It is a matter of importance that you learn the most advanced scientific contributions from publications in this class.
新着の外国語文献の紹介を行う．発表にあたっては，教員等がアドバイザーとして，文献の選定・読解・発表などについて個別に指導する．また4年生，大学院学生，教員等の文献紹介・研究紹介も行われる．プレゼンテーションファイルは英語で書く．
Students arrange a presentation from newly published papers written in English. An appointed faculty helps students by giving advice. In this class, undergraduate student, graduate students, faculties and guests also have their presentation. Presentation file must be prepared in English.
出席・文献紹介・研究発表・討論への参加により評価する．
Evaluation is based on attendance, literature introduction, research presentation, and participation in discussions.
