アセスメントとエヴァリュエーションのシナジー効果という政策と実践を通底する概念枠組みが、２１世紀型学習環境とそのイノベーションに結実している海外の動向を把握し、国内でもアクセスできる⽅法と受け⼊れられるアプローチや⽅向について検討する。その際、探究とゆとり教育から、教育の来し⽅を振り返るとともに、学際分野を切り拓くシステム思考とデザイン思考を核に、世界を⾒るグローバルコンピテンシー、２１世紀型のコンピテンシーを、日本文化から取り上げる試みをする。
To grasp a conceptual framework based on the policy and practice of synergy between assessment and evaluation, and the trends of the 21st century learning environment and the overseas trends resulting in its innovation, accessible methods and acceptable approaches. And look at 21st century competencies, such as global competencies that look at the world from Japanese culture.
アセスメントの成果・プロセス・⽂脈についての枠組みをアングロサクソンはじめ他の国々から学び、教育アセスメントとイノベーションに関して、教員の信念やアイデンティティ含めた⽐較研究、ルーブリックやコーディングなどアセスメントツールの開発の適用それ自体の検討を⾏う⼒を⾝につける。
To learn the framework of assessment outcomes, processes, and contexts from Anglo-Saxon and other countries, to carry out comparative research on educational assessment and innovation, including teachers' beliefs and identities, and to examine the application of assessment tool development, such as rubrics and coding. To acquire the skills to apply the development of assessment.
・第一回授業：開始時期：１０月７日（月）6限：１８：００～
・授業の実施方法：Meet を用いた双方向授業（1 回～２ 回）。Meet 等での会議の実施方法について Classroom で紹介
・その後対面方式（３～15 回）２０３教室への変更
ただし、海外留学生の参加、季節的にインフルエンザ等他の感染症の増加も予想され、コロナ感染症のリスクがある場合には、オンラインに切り替える。

First class: Starts: Monday, October 2, 6th period, 18:00~.
Interactive class using Meet (1 to 2 times); introduction in the Classroom on how to conduct meetings using Meet, etc.
After that, face-to-face method (3-15 times), change to 203 classrooms.
However, if there is a risk of corona infection due to participation of overseas students or seasonal increase in other infectious diseases such as influenza, the course will be switched to online.

基本的にはリポート(40%),出席点(40%)で総合的に判断する。⽤意したいくつかの問いを含むアサインメントに対する何らかのアセスメントによる加点⽅式をとる(20%)
Basically, the overall evaluation will be based on the report (40%) and attendance (40%). Some kind of assessment will be given points (20%) for assignments including some questions prepared by the instructor.
講義する側からは、文献からビデオを含めアセスメントタスクをいくつか用意する。これを時間外学習で取り組みその成果を講義の中でもちよる。そのために、講義する側は、Mapping あるいはカードとボードソフトウェアにてフィードバックを行うので、受講する側は、BYOD により、指定された文献（書籍と論文）のみにとどまらず、関連文献等を探し出すようにしてほしい。
データの再分析の時間を、講義のコマ数にカウントする。
The lecturer will prepare several assessment tasks, including videos from the literature. The lecturers will provide the students with the results of these tasks in the lecture. For this purpose, the lecturers will provide feedback via Mapping or card and board software, and students are encouraged to use BYOD to search not only the assigned literature (books and articles) but also related literature. Time for reanalysis of data will be counted in the number of lecture periods.
