多文化教育論研究演習Ⅱ Seminar II: Research on International Education

授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

高等教育におけるカリキュラムの国際化、多文化教育、国際共修、留学生教育等の分野において先行研究レビューをもとに、リサーチクエスチョンを設定し、定性的研究アプローチを用いた研究（パイロット）を実施する。研究の進捗状況を発表しあい相互研鑽を図る。

This seminar provides students with an opportunity to gain deeper insights into international education such as internationalization of curriculum, intercultural/multicultural education, intercultural collaborative learning, education and support for international students. Based on the extensive literature review, students will develop research questions, identify an appropriate research method, and actually conduct a pilot study.

・先行研究レビューをもとに検証すべき課題を設定する
・定性的研究方法を学ぶ
・パイロット研究を実施する

Students should be able to
- develop a problem statement with the literature review
- select a research method suitable to their research
- conduct a pilot study

授業は対面で行います。

第1： 授業の概要説明、ディスカッション　
第2～5回：先行研究レビュー
第6～7回：リサーチクエスチョン設定
第8回～10回：研究方法
第11回～14回：パイロット研究　
第15回：授業の振り返りと最終発表


1st Class: Introduction of the seminar and expectations for the students taking this seminar
2nd-5th class: Literature review
6th-7th class: Research questions
8th～10th class：Research methodologies
11th-14th: Conduct a pilot study
15: Reflection and final presentation

成績評価方法/Evaluation method

課題（レポート）50%、ディスカッションへの貢献30%、最終プレゼンテーション20%

Assignments (reports) 50%,. Contribution to class discussions 30%, Final presentation 20%
