生涯学習と地域社会教育／Lifelong learning and community education
成人教育とそれを支える公的条件をめぐる基本理念と、それをめぐる今日的課題についての理解を深める。
In this course, students will learn about adult education, the basic principles of administration that support adult education, and their current challenges.
現代では、学校教育に限定されない教育への世間的な認知は一定程度広がっている。しかし、そうした領域を指す、たとえば、「生涯学習」「社会教育」などの概念が普及したのは20世紀、とりわけその後半からのことであり、人類史からすれば、ごく最近のことであるという。このことが持つ意味とは何なのだろうか。そして今、地域における学習にはいかなる展開がみられるのだろうか。
この講義では、今日の地域学習の諸相を手がかりに、私たちが生きている現代社会の課題をとらえ返しつつ、これからの時代における地域生涯学習の在り方について考察する。
The purpose of this course is to provide students with an understanding of the reality and meaning of learning in fields other than schooling. In addition to this, the course will help students understand the characteristics of the systems that support such learning.

小レポート（約３回）、および学期末レポートによる総合評価／Submitted reports, attendance and so on are evaluated.

③授業の実施方法
基本、対面で実施する。状況に応じて、ZOOMを活用する場合もありうる。URL等は授業開始時期にClassroomに掲示する。
なお、本授業でオンラインを活用する際は、合間にグループ討議等を行うことなどから、常時、ビデオをONにした状態で臨んで頂くことを、受講のルールとする。
