教育行政、学校、教職員に関する法制度・歴史・実態を講義する。
This course introduces the institution, history, and implementation of educational administration and schools, and teachers and staff.
それらに関する主要な論点を議論する。
The main issues will be discussed in this course.
さらに教育行政を理解するために必要な視点の一つである社会科学的な「もののみかた」の基礎を養うことも本授業の目的である。

【対面とオンデマンド型オンライン授業の混合形態】

第1回授業開始時期：2024年04月09日（火）4限：14:40～対面
授業の実施方法：オンデマンド方式（動画配信方式）と対面の混合にて実施する。まずオンデマンド教材を視聴し、その次の回は対面で解説を加える。
予習で関連資料・文献を読みリアクションペーパーを提出し、授業で動画を視聴し毎回フィードバックを送信し、復習でさらに関連資料・文献を読む。
関連資料の配布方法：全てGoogle Classroomで配布する。当該回の資料は前週月曜日23:59までにアップロードする。
オンライン授業への対応が困難な学生への対応：個別に担当教員に相談。
内容及び進度は以下の通りであるが、内容を変更する場合もある。

講義とリアクションペーパーを用いた質疑応答を中心とした授業とする。
This course is centered on a lecture and questions and answers using the reaction paper.
毎回、授業のテーマについてディスカッションを行う。

授業への出席及び授業への貢献とリアクションペーパーの提出は成績評価の前提条件となる。
Class attendance, contribution to the class, and submission of reaction papers are prerequisites for grading.
成績評価：期末テスト（100％）。
Final exam (100%).
【出席状況・リアクションペーパー】期末テストの受験資格をこれらで判断する。
【授業資料】授業に用いる資料はGoogle Classroom上に掲載する。これには講義を収録した動画データへのリンクも含む。これらを許可無くこの授業以外に用いてはならない。これらの本人以外の第三者への転送等は厳に禁じる。他者との共有目的のための授業資料のスクリーンショット、録画、録音も禁じる。
【授業】担当教員の指示を遵守する。授業に関してSNSへの不適切な投稿等が発覚した場合、レポートの採点対象外とする。この授業については、他大学のものであるが「中央大学 ソーシャル・メディア・ガイドライン（学生用）」＜https://www.chuo-u.ac.jp/aboutus/communication/social_media/st_guideline/＞も本学のガイドラインに抵触しない限り適用する。
【レポート】剽窃等の非違行為については学則等に即した対応を行う。
指定したテキスト等の授業当日の該当箇所を読み予習すること。これは全受講生にとって極めて重要なことである。
Every student is required to prepare for the assigned part of the designated textbook, papers, and books for each class.
リアクションペーパーを投稿すること。締め切りは授業の前日月曜日の23：59である。
Every student is required to write papers reacting to the week's reading along with questions and post them on ISTU no later than 9 a.m. on Monday before class.
復習を必ず行うようにすること。
Students are required to review for each class.
本授業を深く理解したい場合には、大学設置基準（第21条）の規定に基づいた自己学習（予習復習等）を行うことを強く推奨する（１回あたり４時間程度が標準）。
Students are required to study at home for about four hours per class according to government guidelines.
