授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

この講義では，教育・心理学に必要となる統計学の基礎について学ぶ。レベルは初等統計であり，数学的な準備としては高校文科系程度のものがあればよい。学部科目「統計的学習論講義」へ接続する。

This course deals with the basic concept of educational and psychological statistics. The level of this course is introductory statistics, and knowledge of elementary mathematics in high school is required to take this class.

学習の到達目標/Goal of study

1. 心理・教育で使われる基本的な統計用語・概念が理解できるようになる。
2. 教育学的なデータの分析において記述統計学の知識を利用できるようになる。
3. 推測統計学の考え方を理解し，統計解析の結果を正しく解釈できるようになる。

The goal of this course is to help students
1. understand essential terms and fundamental concepts used in psychological and educational statistics;
2. apply their knowledge of descriptive statistics to the real data analysis;
3. understand the principles of inferential statistics and be able to correctly interpret the results of statistical analysis.
