授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

遺伝カウンセリングにおける情報提供の基礎になる人類遺伝学の基礎的知識を、遺伝医学の側面から系統的に学ぶ。[Systematically learn the basic knowledge of human genetics, which is the basis of information provision in genetic counseling, from the aspect of genetic medicine]

学修の到達目標/Goal of study

人類遺伝学の概念、歴史、セントラルドグマなど遺伝学の基礎を理解し、遺伝医学の側面から、主要な分子遺伝学的技術、細胞遺伝学、メンデル遺伝学、多因子遺伝、ミトコンドリア遺伝、インプリンティング、腫瘍遺伝学などを、その代表的な疾患とともに理解できる。[Understand the basics of genetics such as the concept of human genetics, history, and central dogma, and from the aspects of genetic medicine, major molecular genetic techniques, cytogenetics, Mendelian genetics, multifactorial inheritance, mitochondrial inheritance, imprinting, tumor genetics, etc., can be understood in conjunction with the typical disease.]
