授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

本コースでは映画作品鑑賞と少人数議論を交互に行い、生命医療倫理関連問題について医療人文学的アプローチを行う。
This course presents students commercial films as case involving ethical dilemmas and the students discuss identified moral problems in a small group from the medical humanities’ standpoint of view.

学修の到達目標/Goal of study

医療人文学的感性を発達させることができる。
自ら問題を発見し、他者と意見交換ができる。
同領域を初学者に教育できる。
Upon successful completion of this course it is expected that master students accomplish the following objectives:
1 to develop ethical sensitivity related to medical humanities;
2 to identify ethical dilemmas in human narratives;
3 to discuss relevant moral issues with others;
and
4 to be able to provide similar educational programs with both beginner-students and healthcare professionals in clinical settings as a qualified teacher.
