授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

治療計画装置を用いた定位放射線治療や強度変調放射線治療、密封小線源治療の治療計画作成、治療計画の確認方法の習得、患者固定、同期照射など臓器移動に対する対策、on-board imagerを用いた透視や、コーンビームCTを用いた患者セッティング精度の確認、精度解析など照射精度管理に関する諸事項、放射線治療装置やシミュレータ等機器のQA・QC、線量検証・解析方法、重粒子線治療、核医学治療における放射線防護、線量評価、機器校正、定量イメージングなどを実際の臨床現場や講義で学習する。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
/Students will learn the following subjects in actual clinical practice and lecuture.
Planning stereotactic radiotherapy, intensity-modulated radiotherapy, and brachytherapy using treatment planning devices; learning to confirm treatment plans; patient immobilization; countermeasures against organ movement such as synchronized irradiation; checking patient setting accuracy and irradiation accuracy using fluoroscopy and cone beam CT using an on-board imager; and various aspects of radiation control; QA/QC of radiotherapy equipment and simulator equipment; dose verification and analysis methods; heavy ion radiotherapy; radiation protection, dosimetry, equipment calibration, and quantitative imaging in nuclear medicine therapy.

学修の到達目標/Goal of study

上記項目の学習状況に関して指導教官と個別の目標点を定め、専門的な技術学を臨地トレーニングから学ぶことで、研究に必要な技術学を身に付けることを目標とする。 /To acquire the technical sciences necessary for research by establishing tutorial points with the supervisor concerning the learning situation of the above items and learning expert technical skills from clinical training.

授業内容・方法と進度予定/Contents and progress schedule of the class

放射線治療施設で放射線治療技術の実地トレーニングを受ける。 教科書及び参考書については、その都度、必要に応じて参考文献や資料を紹介する。
　/To get practical training on radiotherapy technology at radiation treatment facility.　We will introduce references and materials as necessary in need.

成績評価方法/Evaluation method

出席状況、議論への参加、課題への取り組みと発表の内容などが総合的に評価される。
/Attendance status, participation in discussion, efforts for tasks and contents of presentations will be evaluated comprehensively.

授業時間外学修/Preparation and Review

適宜、与えられた課題に対し、レポート提出を行う。
