授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

病因病態を詳細に解明ためには、HE染色による標本の形態観察のみならず様々な病理学的解析手法を駆使することが不可欠である。そこで本授業では、免疫組織化学、インサイトハイブリダイゼイション法等、種々の病理学的解析法について講義する。
Aim and outline: Pathological analysis is very important to obtain better understanding of human disease. Therefore, in this course, I will summarize various histotechnology such as immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization in human tissues.

学修の到達目標/Goal of study

病理学的解析法に関する基礎的知識を得る。
Students will develop basic skills of histotechnology.

授業内容・方法と進度予定/Contents and progress schedule of the class

週1回のペースで通年講義を行なう。
This is a lecture-centered course. Details of the class schedule will be explained in the first class.

成績評価方法/Evaluation method

出席を重視する (100%)。
Attendance at the lecture (100%).

授業時間は限られているので、自主学習が重要になる。予習・復習を必ず行うようにすること。
The session time is limited and therefore self-directed learning is important. Students are required to prepare and review for each class.
