がん看護専門看護師としての諸活動が行われている場に参加し、がん看護専門看護師としての役割や機能を発揮するために必要な知識、技術、態度について体験的に学修し、がん看護専門看護師の役割を担うための自己の課題を明らかにする。
In this course, students participate in various activities as Certified Nurse Specialist (CNS) in oncology nursing and learn about the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for fulfilling their roles as CNS and find issues as a CNS.
１．がん看護専門看護師の「実践」「教育」「相談」「調整」「研究」「倫理」に関する6つの役割と機能を理解する。
２．がん看護専門看護学実習Ⅰにおける自己の課題を明確にし、課題を達成するための計画を立案・実践・評価ができる。
３．がん看護専門看護師の役割と機能について学習したことに基づいて、1.2.について検討し、がん看護専門看護学実習Ⅱにおける自己の課題を見出すことができる。
1. Students understand the roles and functions related to practice, consultation, coordination, ethics coordination, education, and research by CNS.
2. Students identify their issues in Oncology Nursing PracticeⅠand plan, implement and evaluate plans to achieve the issue.
3. Students understand issues in Oncology Nursing PracticeⅡ.
１．実習の進め方
１）学内演習(45時間)
（１）がん看護専門看護師としての6つの役割と機能に関する英文献その他を読解し、プレゼンテーションと討議により内容の理解を深める。
（２）これまで経験した看護事例および文献事例を取り上げた事例検討を行い、がん看護専門看護師としての6つの役割と機能について理解を深める。
（３）実習におけるがん看護領域における6つの役割に関する自己の課題実習について目的・目標を設定し、実習計画書を作成する。
２）臨地実習(90時間)
（１）がん看護専門看護師によるオリエンテーション、活動に参加する。
（２）既習のがん看護専門看護師の6つの役割について、がん看護専門看護師とともに体験し、実践に関する状況を検討し、記録する。
（３）がん看護専門看護師の6つの役割に関する自己の実習課題を再検討し、計画書を修正する。
（４）自己の実習計画を実践し、評価を行う。がん看護専門看護師と教員との話し合いを通して6つの役割について理解を深め、実践内容について記録する。
（５）終了後内容を発表し、レポートとしてまとめる。
２．指導体制
・実習中は実習指導者が学生の指導を行い、教員は報告を受けスーパーバイズや必要な連絡調整を行う。
・実習中は随時実習指導者、教員と共にカンファレンスを行い、実習終了時にはがん看護専門看護学実習
Ⅱにおける課題を明確にするカンファレンスを行う。

Campus exercise (45 hours)
(1) Reading literature on six roles and functions as CNS, deepen understanding of contents by presentation and discussion.
(2) Students conduct a case study of nursing cases and literature examples that they experienced and deepen their understanding of the six roles and functions as CNS.
(3) Student concretizes his / her practical purpose / goal and prepares a practical plan.
Oncology Nursing Practice (90 hours)
(1) Participate in orientation, activities by CNS.
(2) Experience the six roles of CNS with Certified Nurse Specialist (CNS) in oncology, study practice and record.
(3) Review their own practical issues related to the six roles of CNS and revise the plan.
(4) Practice based on plan and make evaluation. Through discussions between CNS in oncology nursing and faculty members, deepen their understanding of the six rolesand record practices.
実習達成度、実習に取り組む姿勢、実習レポート、カンファレンスへの参加態度を総合的に評価する。
Evaluate submitted report, attendance and so on.
到達目標や授業内容に応じた準備学習が求められる。
Students are required to prepare for a class according to the goal and contents of each class.
