臨床現場では様々な薬物が用いられている。そこで、緊急応急措置、症状緩和、慢性疾患に対して必要な薬剤を中心に、薬剤の基本的な薬理機序を理解する。薬剤使用の判断、投薬後の患者モニタリング、患者の服薬管理能力の向上を図るための知識・能力を身につけ、医療専門職としてチーム医療が実践できるようにする。/The aim of this course is to understand the basic mechanism of pharmacological action for patient assessment and monitoring in the nursing care.
薬理学一般と各種疾患に対する薬物療法を理解できる。薬剤使用の判断、投与後の患者モニタリング、生活調整、回復力の促進、患者の服薬管理能力の向上を図るための知識と看護技術を実践できるようになる。
内容：全国がんプロe-learningクラウドを利用した講義とゼミナール参加

方法：全国がんプロe-learningクラウドのID等を取得し、上記の2、3、5、6、8、9、11のe-learning学習についてすべて受講し、理解度に応じて繰り返し聴講する。12まで受講した後にさらに東北大学病院で行われる「希少がん・難治がんカンファレンス」に参加し、実際の臨床現場での薬物使用判断、効果、問題点等について理解を深める。また、まとめとして、専門領域で重要な薬剤１剤について、文献で検索し、最新の知識・知見を積極的に取り入れ、投薬判断、症状を含む治療効果、副作用を含めた患者モニタリングの留意点、患者の服薬管理等の観点からレポートを作成する。

e-learning受講状況とレポート評価（講義内容に十分に触れ論考せよ。/Students are evaluated on reports for each e-learning and conference. In addition, they need to make out a report on one medicine which is most interesting and important for each student.
該当するe-learing内容を十分理解した上で、「東北大学病院希少がん・難治がんカンファレンス」に参加することが望まれる。/Students should participate in the conference after well understanding of the lectures of e-learning.
各e-learning講義受講後に講義の概要・感想を記載し、すべての講義受講後に医学部教務課大学院教務係へ提出すること。また、まとめとしてのレポートを同時に大学院教務係に提出すること。各レポートはまとめて1月末までに提出すること。（ISTUレポートの締め切り日に準ずる。）教員に連絡質問事項がある場合には、まずE-mailで受け付ける。/The reports should be submitted to Graduate Academic Affairs Section, Graduate School of Medicine. In addition, a summary report should be submitted at the same time. Each report is to be submitted together by the end of January. (This is the same as the deadline for ISTU reports.) Students may e-mail the questions.
