地域エンパワメントをめざし、地域の健康問題を解決し、地域ケアシステムの開発・構築を進めていく上で、保健師に求められる公衆衛生看護管理に関する理論と実践について学習する。
To learn about theory and practice of managerial functions of public health nursing needed for public health nurse practices in a process of solving health issues in communities and developing community health care system through community empowerment.
地域ケアシステムの開発・構築における公衆衛生看護管理に関する理論と実践について理解する。
To understand theory and practice of management of public health nursing in the development of the community health care system.
公衆衛生看護管理機能に関する理論と実践について、文献レビュー、プレゼンテーション、ディスカッションを行う。
Course description and Class schedule:
To learn about theory and practice management of public health nursing through literature review, presentation, and discussions.
出席，課題への取り組み，プレゼンテーション・ディスカッションの参加状況，課題レポートの内容等により総合的に評価する。
Evaluation: Class attendance, class participation, presentation, and report will be considered for evaluation.
