Course Title (授業題目)

Culture and History of Central Europe as a German Cultural Sphere （8）

授業の目的と概要

広い意味でのドイツ（語）文化圏の歴史と文化を、様々な側面から理解する。
その際、ドイツ以外のドイツ（語）文化圏に着目する。
「ドイツ文化圏」としてのプラハに注目し、なぜそこに「ドイツ文化圏」が生じたのかを含め、プラハの多文化性を考察する。
講義のほかに、ドイツ語で書かれたテキストを読む機会を設け、ドイツ語の読解力も高める。

Course Objectives and Course Synopsis(授業の目的と概要)

This course provides students knowledge of history and culture of German speaking area, especially outside of today's Germany.
For this purpose we will discuss on multi-cultural Prague, also as a German cultural sphere.
Besides lectures we will read a German text in order to improve the students' ability of German language.

1.Students will understand history and culture of German speaking area.

対面授業を原則とする。

Text will be provided at the class. Reference books will be introduced at the class.

予習は、テキストを読み、関連事項を調べておくこと。
復習時にも、調査が必要。
Students are required to prepare for the assigned part of the designated textbook for each class.
