Course Title (授業題目)

Studies of Ming and Qing historical sources

授業の目的と概要

中国明清時代の漢文史料読解を通じて、読むための手続き（史料の探し方や辞書・索引の使い方等）を習得する。その上で様々な課題探究に対する基礎知識を得る。

Course Objectives and Course Synopsis(授業の目的と概要)

This course is designed to help students learn how to search for historical materials and how to use dictionaries / index through reading the Chinese historical documents of Ming Qing Period. Then students get basic knowledge on exploring various subjects about Chinese history.

学習の到達目標

内容読解に当たっては、同時代人の文集等から関係史料を収集して、理解を深める訓練を行う。受講者は、全員毎回書き下し文を準備し、口頭で発表を行う。日本語を母語としないものは訓読、日本語翻訳どちらで発表してもよい。なお、訓読の場合でも適宜日本語訳について問う。

Learning Goals(学習の到達目標)

In reading the text, students collect related historical materials by other contemporaries' writings and train to deepen understanding. Students perform a presentation in every class.
