授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

本講義では，持続可能な地域の実現に向けた計画や課題を分析をするための理論的基礎として，数理計画法，統計分析の方法について学びます．また，フリーソフトウェアを使用した演習を通じて，これらの方法の習得を目指します．
／This course covers a theoretical basis for analyzing regional problems toward sustainable development. Students will learn basic mathematical programming and statistical analysis through exercises using free software.

学修の到達目標/Goal of Study

受講者は以下のことができるようになることを目指します．
- 数理計画や統計分析の基本的な考え方を理解する．
- プログラミング言語を用いて，標準的な数理計画法，回帰分析を適用できる．
／Students will be able to do the following,
- Understand the basic concepts of mathematical programming and statistical analysis.
- Use the standard mathematical programming techniques and regression analysis using a programming language.
