授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

国際環境資源政策論分野の研究を行っている大学院生の研究活動に対し、幅広い研究視点にもとづいたアドバイスを与え、研究方法の確立と研究発表能力向上のための研究指導を行う。また、各自の研究テーマにおける研究背景と問題意識を具体化し、研究目的を明確にする。
This course gives useful advices to graduate students for the field of international environmental resource
policy research based on broad viewpoint. The aims of this course are to master research methodologies and improve presentation skills. Students are expected to make their own research backgrounds, issues and goals clearer.

学修の到達目標/Goal of Study

自分の研究について、学術的背景や社会的必要性も含め、自分の言葉で適切に説明できるようになること。特に、自己の研究の学術的貢献については、明確に説明できるようになること。Students are expected to be able to explain their research contents including their academic backgroundss and social necessity in their own words, In particular, they should be able to clearly explain the academic contributions of their own research.

授業内容・目的・方法/Contents and progress schedule of class-授業計画

プレゼンテーションや教員とのディスカッションを通じて、自立した研究者なるために必要なスキルの修得を行う。Through presentations and discussions with instructors, students are required to acquire the skills necessary to become independent researchers.

直接的には関係しない分野の文献も含め、できるだけ多くの文献を読むこと。また、最新の分析手法についても学習しておくこと。Students should as many references as possible including literature in fields not directly related to your own. Also,learn about the latest methodologies for analyses.
