授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

ヨーロッパ・アメリカ研究の学知と方法について指導教員と意見交換を交わすことにより、修士論文で得た新たな知見をふまえ、自らの研究テーマをさらに掘り下げて追究できるようにする。
The students professionally consider the issues on their research topics and related matters, and
they will get individual research guidance from their supervisors to prepare for their doctoral
theses.

学修の到達目標/Goal of Study

指導教員との意見交換を繰り返しおこなうことによって、完成度の高い博士論文を作成する能力を身につける。
The students will master the necessary skills and ability to generate high-level doctoral
theses through the discussions with their supervisors.

授業内容・目的・方法/Contents and progress schedule of class-授業計画

1 年次学生は研究テーマの確定のため、2年次学生および3年次学生は博士論文の作成、完成に向け、研究科の学位取得スケジュールに合わせた指導をおこなう。対面授業を予定しているが、場合によってはオンライン（Google Classroom）による。
The supervisors provide a guidance
(1) for DC first-year students to determine their resaeach ropics
(2) for DC second-year and third-year students to generate doctoral
theses in accord with the degree program.

各受講生の研究の進捗状況および研究の内容の深化を総合的に評価する。
Evaluation will be based on the progress of each student's research.

教科書および参考書/Textbook and references

教科書は使用しない。参考書は適宜、授業のなかで示す。
No textbooks will be used, although some literature might be recommended in the course if necessary.

授業時間外学修/Preparation and Review

授業中に課題等を随時指示する。
The students will make necessary preparation for the course.
