インターンシップ参加に向けた準備と学生間の交流を通じて、学生が自らのキャリアを開発することを授業の目的とする。
This seminar is designed for students interested in participating in companies and organizations' internship programs to take a good opportunity for their career development.
授業日は火曜日５講時だが、毎週ではない。詳しくは初回に説明する。
１．事前指導（９回） Pre-internship guidance
・講話
・ガイダンス－単位認定の方法、インターンシップ制度の概要
・インターンシップの準備－インターンシップ先の情報収集：業種分野、研修内容；インターンシップ先の選択
・インターンシップにおける研修計画の発表
２．インターンシップ実施 Joining internship programs (over 30 hours)
・30 時間以上のインターンシップの実施
３．事後指導（1回） Post-internship presentation and report submission on learning from internship
・研修成果の報告：口頭発表、報告書の提出
＜注意点＞
今年度に事前指導を受けた実績は来年度にも引き継がれるので、来年度にインターンシップに参加して事後指導を受けた場合には、単位認定を受けることができる。
企業や機関によっては、大学のインターンシップに関する正課授業を履修している者しか、インターンシップに受け入れないところもあるので、注意すること。
インターンシップの目標の設定、インターンシップ先の選択、インターンシップ先での実務研修計画の策定、インターンシップ後の研修報告を行うことを目標とする。
Students are expected to set their goals in internship programs, to select companies or organizations to apply, to make their action plan, and to submit reports on their internship after joining the programs.
インターンシップ研修計画（口頭発表・資料）40％、研修成果報告の口頭発表30％、研修成果報告の発表資料30％に基づいて評価を行う。

各自で関心のある職種・分野に関するビジネス書、回顧録、伝記などを読んで職業に関するイメージを少しでもつかんで欲しい。
Students are expected to read books dealing with jobs and business sectors that they are interested in during this seminar.
自分で選んだ上記文献の通読。新聞、ビジネス雑誌、四季報、インターネットを使ったインターンシップ先の情報収集。

授業登録の仕方、開講日など、変則で行うので、Google Classroom に登録した上で、第１回目の開講日におけるガイダンスに必ず出席すること。
