卒業研究/Research for Bachelor Thesis

授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

個別に設定した医学•検査学のテーマについて、講義や実習で学んだ医学の知識や検査技術を駆使して、医学や検査学における研究を自ら体験する。これは各部門の指導教官の指導によって行われる。”try and error”の研究的な思考方法を習得し、最終段階では報告書の作成、研究発表の方法等を学ぶことを目的とする。

Students experience researches in medicine and laboratory science by using medical knowledge and testing techniques learned in lectures and practical training. Researches are performed under the guidance of the academic advisor in each department. The purpose of this class is to learn how to think in the research field, write a scientific paper, and make a presentation.

学習の到達目標/Goal of study

卒業研究を完成させ、卒業研究発表会で発表すること。

The goal of this class is to complete the graduation research and present it at the graduation research　presentation.

授業内容・方法と進度予定/Contents and progress schedule of the class

6セメスター
11月に行なわれる卒業研究発表会に出席し、各部門で行なわれている研究内容を理解する。更に、遺伝子組み換え講習会、各分野の研究説明会に出席し、自身の研究テーマについて検討する（30時間）。1月に研究指導者が設定したテーマを学生に提示するので、学生は自主的にテーマを選択し、人数調整を行う。尚、大学院進学者は、保健学専攻以外でも、原則として星陵地区であり、受け入れ先の承諾があれば、進学先の研究室における卒業研究を許可する場合があるので、2023年10月31日までに下記まで問い合わせること。これは卒業研究と大学院研究との研究の一貫性を配慮した例外的措置であることを、十分に認識すること。

7-8セメスター（令和6年度）
4月（授業開始日）〜11月の月、火、水、木、金曜日の間、指導者のもとテーマに沿った研究を行う。それによって実験手技、報告書の書き方、文献検索の仕方、実研究発表の方法等をマンツーマンで学ぶ。その研究成果を卒業研究発表会で発表する。

卒業研究発表会は、2024年11月21日に行なう予定である。
卒業研究開始時までに、ISTUによる倫理講習を受講しておくこと。

6 semester
Attend the graduation research presentation and understand the research contents being conducted in each field. In addition, attend genetic recombination seminars and research briefings in each department (30 hours).

7-8 semester
From April to November, research will be conducted according to the theme under the guidance of the researchers in each department. By doing so, you will learn experimental techniques, how to write reports, how to search documents, how to present actual research, and so on. The research results must be present at the graduation research　presentation.

The graduation research presentation is scheduled on November 21, 2024.

成績評価方法/Evaluation method

卒業研究発表会の発表（50％）および平常点（50％）を重視する。

Evaluation is performed based on the presentation at the graduation research　presentation. (50%) and usual performance score (50%).
