医療安全管理学実習
Practice in Medical Quality and Safety Science
臨床検査技師の責任及び業務の範囲を理解し、感染管理及び医療安全と患者接遇に配慮して、適切に採血、検体採取（皮膚表在組織病変部や鼻腔・咽頭からの検体採取）や経鼻または気管カニューレ内部からの喀痰吸引について、現場で最低限は実施できる能力を、実習を通して身につける。また、これらに伴う危険因子を認識し、合併症の発生時に適切に対処できる能力を身につける。
The purpose of this course is to understand the responsibilities and scope of clinical technologists and to acquire the ability to perform blood collection, specimen collection (from skin lesions, nasal cavity and pharynx), and sputum suctioning through nasal or tracheal cannula, with consideration for infection control, medical safety, and patient care. The students should be able to recognize the risk factors associated with these procedures and appropriately deal with complications when they occur.
臨床的な手技に伴う危険因子を認識し、合併症の発生時に適切に対処できる能力を身につけることを目標とする。
The goal of this course is to develop the ability to recognize risk factors associated with clinical procedures and respond appropriately when complications occur.

1. 採血手技の習得（4時間）
2. 皮膚表在組織病変部からの検体採取：模擬皮膚検体の採取（3.5時間）
3. 鼻腔・咽頭検体の採取（3.5時間）
4. 経口、経鼻又は気管カニューレ内部からの喀痰吸引（4時間）
Detailed schedule will be shown at the first practice.
1. Mastery of blood collection techniques (4 hours)
2. Specimen collection from superficial skin tissue lesions: collection of simulated skin specimens (3.5 hours)
3. Collection of nasal and pharyngeal specimens (3.5 hours)
4. Sputum suctioning from oral, nasal or internal tracheal cannula (4 hours)
実習終了後、実習内容に関するレポート提出を求め(80%)、成績評価とする。平常点(20%)を成績評価の一部とする。
Evaluation is performed comprehensively based on short reports (80%), discussion participation (20%), and so on.
実習に臨む前に必ず教科書を読んでおくこと。また、実習後には、必ず読み直して、理解を深めること。
