授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

臨床検査の意義や組織などの現状を知り、精度管理を中心とした品質保証と検査情報の活用について学ぶことを目的とする。講義では、臨床検査の目的、検査部門の組織と業務、リスクマネジメント、安全衛生管理、精度管理方法および検査情報の判断基準と活用について学ぶ。/ To study the significance of the clinical examinations and the inspection management, the inspection system, the jobs in the inspection department, and the team medicine, the medical safety and the risk management, the infection control and the health and safety management, the precision management, the management and operation of the laboratory testing division, the management and operation of the physiological testing division, and the automated machine theory.

学習の到達目標/Goal of study

臨床検査の意義と医療における役割を理解し、検査受付から報告までの品質・精度保証の概念を理解することを到達目標とする。/ To understand the above described laboratory management.

成績評価方法/Evaluation method

定期試験（70％）、出席レポート（30％）で評価する。/ 70%: final exam, 30%: class participation.
ただし、2/3以上（6回）以上の出席を必須とする。/ Two-thirds (more than 6 times) of attendance are necessary.
