授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

放射線治療技術学で学んだ知識を基に、コンピュータを用いて実際に線量分布等を作成・確認することで、高エネルギー放射線の基本的な物理特性を理解するとともに、放射線治療計画の基本原理を理解する。
[Understand the basic principles of computerized radiation therapy planning based on knowledge of the basic characteristics of high energy radiation.]

放射線治療計画の基礎を習得する。

授業内容・方法と進度予定/Contents and progress schedule of the class

以下の内容を講義及び演習によって学習する。
講義は全１２回、演習は全２回（１回あたり６時間、計１２時間）を予定している。

放射線治療計画装置による線量計算
（Percentage Depth Dose (PDD) / Tissue Air Ratio (TAR) / Tissue Maximum Ratio (TMR) /
Output factor（OPF）/ Off Center Ratio (OCR)　/　不均質補正 / 線量計算アルゴリズム　等を含む）
等価照射野・不整形照射野における線量分布
放射線治療計画
核医学治療
品質保証・品質管理（QA/QC）
（線量計測を含む）

[Students will acquire following contents through 12 times of lectures and 2 times of experiments.
Dose distribution calculation with radiotherapy treatment planning system
（It will include Percentage Depth Dose (PDD), Tissue Air Ratio (TAR), Tissue Maximum Ratio (TMR),
Output factor (OPF), Off Center Ratio (OCR), Heterogeneous correction of dose distribution,
Dose distribution calculation algorithm, etc.)
Dose distribution in equivalent irradiation field / irregular irradiation field
Planning of radiotherapy
Targeted Radioisotope Therapy(TRT)
Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC)

成績評価方法/Evaluation method

レポート（75％）と平常点（25％）によって行う。
2回の演習はいずれも出席とレポートの提出を必須とする。
[Students are evaluated on their submitted assignments(75％) and the attendance(25%).
Students must attend 2 times of experiments and submit reports.]
