放射線検査学の病院実習 part 1 / Clinical practice of radiologic examination part 1

授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

放射線検査学に関する基礎的実技を修得するため臨床実習を行う。/ This class conducts clinical training to acquire basic skills related to radiologic examination.

学習の到達目標/Goal of study

MRIを含む様々な放射線検査装置の操作や検査目的に応じた撮影法について習得する。医療現場における患者接遇やインフォームドコンセントについても習得する。さらに、医療従事者としての責任や倫理についても考える。/ To learn the operation of various radiological examination equipment including MRI and the imaging method according to the examination purpose. Students will also learn about patient care and informed consent in medical field. In addition, consider the responsibilities and ethics of healthcare professionals.

授業内容・方法と進度予定/Contents and progress schedule of the class

Google Classroomを用いて資料の配布などを行うことがあります。/ Teachers will use the Google Classroom to distribute References.

Google classroomの使用開始は追ってアナウンスします。/ Teachers will announce the use of Google classroom soon.

総実習時間は90時間とする / The total experimental time is 90 hours.

1.　一般X線検査 / General X-ray examination
2.　回診X線検査 / Mobile X-ray examination (HR / OR / ER / ICU / HCU / NICU etc.)
3.　小児X線検査 / Pediatric X-ray examination
4.　消化器系X線検査 / Gastrointestinal X-ray examination
5.　泌尿器婦人科系X線検査 / Urology and gynecology X-ray examination
6.　血管造影検査 / Angiography
7.　CT / Computed Tomography
8.　MRI / Magnetic Resonance Imaging

実習は2～3名での小グループにわかれて実施する。/ The training is divided into small groups of 2-3 people.
実習は仙台市内の主な基幹病院にて行う。/ The training is conducted at major hospitals in Sendai City.

成績評価方法/Evaluation method

実習指導者がレポートおよび実習態度や理解度などの平常点について評価し、また技術習得状況を小テストにより評価する。（レポート：70％程度、平常点 :20％程度、小テスト：10％程度）/ The practical training instructor evaluates reports and normal points such as attitude and comprehension of the practical training, and also evaluates the mastery of skills through quizzes.(Report score：70％, Regular scores：20％, Quizzes：10％).
