臨床撮影技術学の基礎および臨床/ Fundamentals and clinical application in radiographic techniques

授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

画像診断を行う上で、対象となる撮影モダリティのメリット、デメリットを理解しておくことは非常に重要です。すべてにおいて万能である撮影モダリティは現状では存在しません。これらの事実をふまえ、臨床撮影技術学Ⅱでは超音波検査、眼底検査、CT、MRI、血管撮影に関する撮影の基礎を理解し、解剖学的背景に基づいて臨床における撮影方法、有用性ならびに問題点を総合的に学習することを目的とします。CT、MRI等の画像再構成の基礎的知識は取得しているものとして学習しますが、基礎としての講義も一部行う場合があるので、他の講義と重複する場合もあり得ます。
　講義では、資料等を配布しPCを使用したプレゼンテーションをメインに学習します。
　To understand the basics of imaging related to ultrasonography, fundus examination, CT, MRI, and interventional radiology.
To understand a comprehensive understanding of clinical imaging methods, usefulness and problems based on anatomical background.

学習の到達目標/Goal of study

超音波検査、眼底検査、CT、MRI、血管撮影に関する撮影の基礎を理解し、それぞれのメリット、デメリットを総合的に理解できるようになること。
To understand the advantages and disadvantages of ultrasonography, fundus examination, CT, MRI, and interventional radiology.

授業内容・方法と進度予定/Contents and progress schedule of the class

下記の内容について10回程度講義を行います。
1.診療放射線技師の役割 / Introduction of radiological technologist
2.超音波検査法と眼底検査法 / Ultrasonography and fundus examination
3.X線CT装置の基礎 / Basics of computed tomography
4.臨床におけるCT撮影法 / Clinical application of computed tomography
5.MRI装置の基礎 / Basics of magnetic resonance imaging
6.臨床におけるMRI撮影法 / Clinical application of magnetic resonance imaging
7.血管撮影装置の基礎 / Basics of interventional radiology
8.臨床における血管撮影法 / Clinical application of interventional radiology
9.複数モダリティを用いた臨床研究、その他/ Clinical reserach of the radiolocigal field

時間の都合により講義できない内容については，補講を行うかレポートを課します。
適宜，小テストや口頭試問を実施することがあります。
ただし、事情により講義の順序を入れ替える場合があります。
The contents and schedule may be rearranged based on actual progress.

成績評価方法/Evaluation method

期末試験を重視します。また、小テストや講義中に科したレポート等があった場合には、それらも含めて総合的に評価します。（期末試験：80％程度　小テスト，平常点 :20％程度）

講義時間は限られているため、自己学習が重要。 各講義の準備と復習が必要。
